Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Vice President of Marketing
FLSA status: Exempt/Salary
Responsible for devising, implementing, and managing online marketing efforts. Makes sure content is up to date and measures success of web site and social media via Google analytics. Creates lead generation programs and measures success via company marketing automation platform. Takes leadership role supporting and maintaining marketing automation and consistently monitors and updates processes to tie campaigns back to sales. This function is also responsible for training sales and marketing personnel in how to use marketing automation. This role will also work to develop content, prepare scripts as well as shoot and edit videos for online distribution. Social media platforms will be maintained and monitored and training of SOR staff will be conducted in this position.
